​​This Refund Policy applies only to purchases and services made through Cosmos Multi Services & Hair Salon LLC. It does not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Policy - the basics

2. Refund Policy Basics

  • 50% Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all service appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the final service.

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available only for products or services purchased directly from us.

  • Product Conditions: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Refund requests for products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Service cancellations or adjustments must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a partial or full service fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
